1. How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship within 3 business days of receiving your order, unless otherwise noted. Any orders placed over the weekend, (After 3:30 P.M. on Friday, Saturday & Sunday,) will be shipped on Monday. Most orders take 3-7 days for delivery. On rare accessions we may have an unexpected delay on an order. If this ever is expected with your order you will be immediately informed by email.
2. How can I know my order status?
Once we send the bags, we will give you a tracking number, with which you can check your order online. We are also keeping an eye on your bags until they reach you.
3. What shipping method do you use?
We send order via air-express like EMS and TNT. We also offer air parcel, it will be cheaper, but it will be slower.

Yes. We sell single bag and purse as well as bulk purchases. Sample orders acceptable, no option of color.

You can place your order online or via email, Indicate which bags you want, with protuct number, quantities, preferably with pictures.
Once we receive your order, we will check the stock for you, and send you a invoice with the total costs. If you agree, you can make your full payment via Western Union or bank transfer. We will send your package once we get the money.
8. Do you charge impost?
We don't charge impost , We don't carry duty on any damages or loss during shipping. However, buyers can pay for insurances before shipping.
9. Do you accept drop shipping?
